Everything at the counters goes smooth.
Everyone is friendly at custom and immigration, no problem, only very slow, they are similar to Thailand having about 10 counters but usually only half of them are operating the result are long lines of passengers. It's just the usual eastern non organised stuff.
If there is any problem just stay cool since by experience it is in 99% a simple misunderstanding. The employees really do almost everything to make your arrival a positive experience.
Before this counters is another one where you need to go when you made your visa via the computer, they do the visa and after you fall in line. Don't change money there they will cheat you via a bad exchange rate.
After just walk through custom, they usually don't ask foreigners anything, the targets are local people who were shopping somewhere.
